Reviewer Checklist: Arm Limits Copy (OHH-102)

This checklist verifies the honesty and accuracy of physical arm capabilities across the four target intelligence product pages: OhhO Train, OhhO Data, OhhO Autonomy, and OhhO Mind.

Hardware Baseline Context

  • Physical Arm Hardware: Position-controlled 6-DOF servo arm + parallel jaw gripper.
  • Sensory Boundaries: No force/torque sensors; no tactile skin.
  • Manipulation Capability: Position-based pick-and-place only (open-loop target positioning and gripper open/close).
  • Vision Classification: Contact-rich dexterity, force limiting, tactile feedback, and in-hand manipulation are strictly classified as Vision: not built.

Target Product Pages Checklist

1. OhhO Train (/products/train)

  • Position-controlled arm stated honestly: Overview and features clarify that trained policies command joint-position targets and parallel jaw states for pick-and-place.
  • No fabricated metrics in Works-today: worksToday contains only the verified RL policy ONNX export script without any fabricated success rate or eval table.
  • In-progress benchmark tracking: Tracks real position-controlled pick-and-place evaluation under issue OHH-101 (and OHH-35 brand-free runner).
  • Vision boundaries respected: Force-limiting policies, tactile feedback, and in-hand manipulation are explicitly placed in Vision (visionItems, specs, and FAQ).
  • Brand-free compliance: No vendor brand names (e.g. SO-101) in marketing or roadmap copy.
  • Docs parity: docs/products/train.md mirrors lib/products.tsx and lib/roadmap.ts.

2. OhhO Data (/products/data)

  • Position-controlled arm stated honestly: Overview and features explain that demonstrations record joint positions and gripper open/close states on a position-controlled 6-DOF servo arm without force or tactile channels.
  • No fabricated metrics in Works-today: worksToday contains only existing repository demonstration tools without fabricated tables.
  • In-progress benchmark tracking: Tracks demonstration evaluation on the position-controlled arm under OHH-101.
  • Vision boundaries respected: Force-torque telemetry streams and tactile skin recordings are strictly Vision: not built.
  • Brand-free compliance: Robot-class language used throughout.
  • Docs parity: docs/products/data.md mirrors lib/products.tsx and lib/roadmap.ts.

3. OhhO Autonomy (/products/autonomy)

  • Position-controlled arm stated honestly: Mission planner clarifies that missions sequence navigation and position-controlled manipulation on the 6-DOF servo arm and parallel jaw gripper.
  • No fabricated metrics in Works-today: worksToday contains only Nav2 configuration evidence without fabricated manipulation success percentages.
  • In-progress benchmark tracking: Tracks autonomous pick-and-place evaluation under OHH-101.
  • Vision boundaries respected: Force-limited assembly, tactile alignment, and in-hand dexterity are Vision: not built.
  • Brand-free compliance: Clean robot-class phrasing.
  • Docs parity: docs/products/autonomy.md mirrors lib/products.tsx and lib/roadmap.ts.

4. OhhO Mind (/products/mind)

  • Position-controlled arm stated honestly: Overview, features, and specs state that decisions ground on a position-controlled 6-DOF servo arm with a parallel jaw gripper.
  • Safety gate limits explained: Safety checks enforce kinematic limits (joint limits, velocity deltas, geometric reachability), not torque or tactile reflex loops.
  • No fabricated metrics in Works-today: worksToday references only the package structure in the public repo.
  • In-progress benchmark tracking: Tracks pick-and-place decision evaluation under OHH-101 without fabricated numbers.
  • Vision boundaries respected: Force-torque safety limits, tactile feedback, and in-hand manipulation are Vision: not built.
  • Brand-free compliance: Zero vendor brand names.
  • Docs parity: docs/products/mind.md mirrors lib/products.tsx and lib/roadmap.ts.

Test Verification

  • Vitest suite lib/copy.test.ts includes the "arm limits and pick-and-place honesty on product pages (OHH-102)" suite asserting:
    • Presence and naming of all four target pages: Train, Data, Autonomy, Mind.
    • Absence of fabricated pick-and-place success percentages or tables in worksToday.
    • Presence of OHH-101 in inProgress for all four products.
    • Isolation of force limiting, tactile sensing, and in-hand manipulation to Vision sections.
    • Brand-free AGENTS.md rules across all four products in lib/products.tsx, lib/roadmap.ts, and docs/products/*.md.
    • Parity between markdown documentation and product models.
